Success draws controversy as Mark Zuckerburg faces lawsuits regarding the ownership of both the Facebook concept and the company itself. Paul Ceglia is a man who claims he owns 84% of Facebook according to this BusinessWeek article:

And then there's the Winklevoss twins who aren't happy with their 2008 settlement about the origins of fb. After their settlement was locked in, they discovered the privately held shares of Facebook were worth less than 25% of the value they had used in agreeing to the settlement.
