#138 Government Regulation - The Ultimate Quality Test

While many people argue for smaller government, Robert Reich, former Secretary of Labor, makes a persuasive argument for improved government regulation of many industries - agriculture, oil, mining, etc. This might not necessarily mean increased government regulation, but could mean improved, more organized regulatory authorities. For example, maybe chickens and eggs could be regulated by the same agency!
